Service Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

Payment Terms

• For catering services, a deposit may be required to secure the booking

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with administrative fee
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and fees
• Emergency cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative scheduling options.

Intellectual Property

Recipes, techniques, and materials provided during services are for personal use only. You may not:
